Shipping policy
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, with a cut-off time of 10:00 for same-day dispatch.
Dispatch means your order has been packed and handed over to our courier partner. Once this happens, delivery is in the hands of the courier and is no longer within our control.
Estimated delivery timeframes are:
- Within Gauteng: 1–2 business days
- Outside Gauteng: 2–4 business days
During sale periods, dispatch may take a little longer than usual — we appreciate your patience.
On rare occasions we may run out of stock, in which case your order may be delayed. You will be notified by email and may request a full refund if the updated timeframe doesn't work for you.
Please note that we are closed on all South African public holidays and do not dispatch orders on these dates.
Coupon-code promotions and free delivery
During selected coupon-code promotions, the minimum order value required to use the coupon code may be temporarily adjusted. This is because delivery eligibility is assessed before the coupon discount is applied. The promotional minimum is calculated so that, after the discount, the order still meets the standard free-delivery threshold.
The standard free-delivery threshold has not changed. Customers whose orders meet the usual free-delivery threshold but do not meet the promotional coupon minimum may still qualify for free delivery, but the coupon code will not apply. This ensures that the promotion and free-delivery offer work together as intended.
