IntrinsiCurly Me Testimonials & Reviews Terms & Conditions:
1. By uploading a review and images on our website, customers automatically consent to us using their images on our social media and paid marketing ads.
2. We reserve the right to use any images submitted by customers for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, paid marketing ads, and other physical marketing materials (print).
3. We may edit the images to improve their overall quality and appeal, including greyscaling the background, making minor touch-ups, and applying natural makeup to enhance the focus on the customer. We also may perform colour corrections on clothing to ensure the best possible outcome for our marketing efforts. However, we will not change the characteristics of the person's face or any other parts of the image that would significantly alter the customer's likeness.
4. We may paraphrase or correct the spelling of testimonials given by customers to ensure they are accurately represented, without changing the overall meaning or intention of the original statement.
5. Customers submitting images for use on our social media and paid marketing ads represent and warrant that they have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and releases for the use of the images and any related content, including but not limited to any copyrighted works or trademarked materials.
6. Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless IntrinsiCurly Me, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with the use of the customer's images.
7. IntrinsiCurly Me may remove any images from its social media or paid marketing ads at its sole discretion and without prior notice to the customer.
8. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where IntrinsiCurly Me is based.
