It took like 4 or 5 washes to get used to the product, but I must say I think today I had my best hair wash day yet. My curls need a trim and shape, but wow the curls are on point today!!!. I have not used the gel yet. So scared I do it wrong. But I love love today's results.

My hair came to life using the gentle wash and curling cream. I had to incrase the time I spent on "Squish to condish" to really hydrate my curls and form clumps that lasted the whole day without sagging out. A little gel did wonders holding the cast until it was dry enough to scrunch out.

I've only been using the product for a few weeks now, while my hair feels softer and has a better shine to it, I feel I have less of a curl than what I had using my standard routine and off the shelf products. I purchases a small combo, and I might buy one more small set to see if another month will make a difference to my curl. If not, sadly I'll be returning to my off the shelf store bought products.

I am 47 years old and had a love-hate relationship with my curls for almost as long! This product was amazing. It tool me a couple of tries to realise how wet I needed to have my hair for the leave-in creme... and to use a microfiber towel to wrap my hair rather than rub it dry. But by the third try it worked beautifully!! I finally love my hair :-)

I really have tried every product under the sun with no success. For the last 15 years at least I have been straightening and blow drying my hair because I couldn't manage my curls. I LOVE LOVE LOVE these products. I've been using them for a couple if weeks and my hair feels so nourished and soft. I also have more confidence to wear my curls. The products also work so well on my nearly 2 year old. She normally wakes up with a birds nest on the back of her head but these products ensure the curls stay intact and that there is no frizz. ICM really is the most remarkable product - for the first time in years, I have the perfect corkscrew curls I was born with. And for the first time in my life I'm able to swim with my head underwater, simply rinse my hair and refresh my curls with curl creme, without looking like I stuck my finger in a plughole!!
The only issue I have is that my scalp starts to itch after a few days as it doesn't feel 100% clean. Getting the hang of the ACV clarifying step though, so hopefully that will be a thing of the past soon.

I was looking for something to help my 4 year old’s hair as bath time and hair washing had just become awful. Her hair was full of knots and looked dry and frizzy.
I bought these products after chatting to Simone online who helped answer all my questions (none too silly I hasten to add). I have straight hair so curls are new for me to try to look after and care for.
After the very first wash my daughter’s hair looked completely different. This picture is 3 weeks in and 4 days after last washing. She needs a good cut, but her hair is so much easier and has lost the frizz and her curls are just beautiful.
I finger detangle using the conditioner in the bath and she doesn’t even realise, whereas prior it was tears every single time.
I tried the products on my own hair after feeling it was turning to straw, and can feel and see an immediate improvement with shine and softness.
I’ll definitely only be using these products going forward and I’ve already recommended to 2 friends of mine who have also changed over as a result.

I have curly hair, however due to the use of the flatiron, the curls diminished. With the result, that the ends of my hair does not really curl. Intensify curl me is a good product as the curls looks much better and not that bushy. Even when it gets dry, it's still looks funky. I'm eager to process my next order and am sure, the more I use it, the better my curls will become. These products are highly recommended.

Hi. Thank you for the opportunity to update you on my product experience. I have used the Gentle Cleanser for over six months. I find that since the packaging has changed, and I now receive my shampoo in a pump bottle, that my scalp is not as happy and the time between washes has been reduced. I am still using the old packaging conditioner and curl creme so I am unable to comment on those.
I’m not sure if I will order the shampoo again.
